PART A: TERMS & CONDITIONS

  1. Services
    StagexLab provides event-related services including stage design, event production, and creative solutions. All services are subject to availability and confirmation.

  1. Bookings & Payments

  • Bookings must be confirmed through official communication channels (phone/email).

  • A deposit may be required to secure your event date.

  • 70% payment terms will be shared before project execution.

  • Failure to complete payment may result in cancellation without liability.

  1. Cancellations & Refunds

  • All cancellations must be submitted in writing.

  • Deposits are generally non-refundable.

  • Refunds, if any, will depend on work completed and expenses incurred.

  1. Client Responsibilities
    Clients agree to:

  • Provide accurate event details

  • Obtain necessary venue permissions and licenses

  • Maintain a safe environment for staff and equipment

  1. Changes & Modifications

  • Any changes must be communicated in advance.

  • Additional charges may apply for last-minute requests.

  1. Liability

  • StagexLab is not responsible for delays or failure due to events beyond control (weather, technical issues, government restrictions, etc.).

  • We are not liable for third-party vendor issues or venue-related damages.

  1. Intellectual Property
    All designs, concepts, and materials created by StagexLab remain our property unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  1. Media Usage
    We may capture photos/videos of events for promotional purposes unless the client requests otherwise in writing before the event.

  1. Third-Party Vendors
    We may work with external vendors. We are not responsible for their performance or actions.

  1. Termination
    We reserve the right to terminate services if:

  • Payment terms are not met

  • Terms are violated

  • Unsafe conditions arise

  1. Governing Law
    These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of Mumbai courts.
